Hello Everyone!!
Welcome to the start of the 2011 School Year!! My name is Yolanda Young and I am the teacher for Home Economics for the Devalls Bluff Junior High School. I have been a teacher here at Devalls Bluff Junior High for the past 5 years. This year we will be experimenting with all different kinds of foods,preparing snacks and picking out healthier alternatives to a better way of life.I hope that you all have had a good summer and I look forward to meeting each and everyone of you.

Course Syllabus
Students will be required to complete all assignments and one research paper during the semester. There will be a total of 400 points available for the semester to earn to get a A. The student will be required to bring the required text and needed materials to class each and everytime that we meet during the semester. Syllabus may change but there will be a 72 hour notice before any changes are made to the syllabus.
